For a pavilion at Disney's EPCOT Center in Florida, McCall was asked to convey the scope of human history on Earth. "It represents the flow of civilization from the past into the present, and on into the future," says McCall. The artist added a personal touch by including members of his own family in the painting. The brilliant wildflowers in the foreground were painted by McCall's wife, Louise, who is also an accomplished fine artist. (Courtesy The Disney Corporation.)
